Pollution: Yes , During discharge operations at Rotterdam on 19 May 2012, about 2/3 litres of gasoil from the MGO cooler causin a sheen of oil in the water. Grounding: Yes , Grounded outbound Texas City with pilot onboard in Bolivar Road Channel Serious casualty: No , N/A Collision: Yes , Allision)/ Vessel allided on 13th July 2012 at 0055 Hrs, the Bunkering Vessel made hull contact with the Genmar Phoenix while approaching for Bunkering Operations.
The Genmar Phoenix was anchored at that time of the incident.
The Bunkering Vessel first made slight contact with its bow on the Hull followed by its Bridge Wing coming in contact with the stbd side ship side completely damaging one liferaft,and associated railings, liferaft lights, stbd side navigational lamp post was completely damaged and there was slight damage on the lifeboat. No pollution, no casualties.
All repairs have been completed and certified by class. |
